for all those who wish to know -- we lost to HC,won MJ. both results expected i guess. but was very disappointed with the HC one cos i know that i performed a lot worse than what i'm supposed to be capable of. As the second prop too, i felt a lot of the onus was on me to discredit HC's case, but i failed terribly. And i guess losing always makes you realise all your greatest fears -- of being inadequate, not capable enough, or just not bright enough. But hey, maybe it's not all about winning but about gallantly going forth even when the odds are against you. We tried to set up a good case, but it just wasnt good enough, we just weren't good enough. There was no pride in winning against the MJ team. because MJ was just MJ. We still stand a chance of moving to the quarters i guess, cos 4 teams will progress from winning both debates, and the other 4 will progress from winning one and losing one. So, we'll just see how things go. We'll just look ahead, move on and keep our heads up.
